Can I play Super Mario Bros. 2 on PC?
Not as a finished native port yet. 2 community projects are working on Super Mario Bros. 2; the table below shows how far each has got. You can also play smb2 in your browser on Recomp.
Is there a Super Mario Bros. 2 decompilation?
Yes: smb2.
Is it legal?
These projects publish code only. Where a build needs game data, you supply it from a copy of Super Mario Bros. 2 you own; Recomp never links to game files.
