OutRunners port
Native builds of Sega's 1992 System Multi 32 arcade racer, built from the author's C decompilation (outrunners-decomp) that is checked frame by frame against MAME. It produces both an arcade-faithful build and a home 'console' variant, and extracts graphics and sound from the player's own MAME ROM set.
