Woohoo! Flight School
Translates the ARM code of a decrypted USA Pilotwings Resort dump into C and builds it on the player's machine against a custom 3DS runtime with a Vulkan PICA renderer. Adds higher 3D resolution, anisotropic filtering, screen layouts and longer draw distance. The Windows release is a build kit with an MSYS2 toolchain and contains no game code.
